• Define Customer Acceptance test and related time frames & costs
• Project Start Up support
• Baseline pre-sales deliverables based on the contract customer network
• Provide inputs & support preparation of Bidding proposal
• Perform network integration and Customer Acceptance Test.
• Document problems in the CARES database, and follow through on their correction.
• Provide status reports.
